To Schedule a Meeting Space:
If you want to schedule your ministry meetings, send an email to Andrea Liggett (andrea@hfkparish.org). If your group wants to hold an event on the parish campus, let her know and she’ll send you an Event Request Form that will be reviewed and approved Fr. Bryan and the PAA. If your ministry would like to meet virutally, we can accommodate group meetings with one of the parish Zoom Accounts. Please let Andrea know that you would like to schedule Zoom meetings and she’ll check for availability.
Communicating Your Ministry Events:
Parish Media Guidelines and submission form are located in the side bar to the right. Please review the guidelines and fill out a submission form when requesting announcements in the parish media. Send them to your staff liaison who will make sure that they get approved and submitted to the Communications Team. Be sure to follow the deadlines for each communication vehicle as presented in the Submission Form.
Printed Materials in the Narthex:
Given the numerous ministries at Holy Family it’s really unwieldy to manage paper flyers and postcards in the narthex. At this time we are only allowing communications through the bulletin, the narthex screens, the weekly email newsletter, Facebook and/or Instagram. All ministries are represented on the Ministry Board in the Narthex which has recently been updated.

One fan favorite of our parishioners is to see photos of our Parish activity on the Narthex TVs, Facebook and Instagram. We would love to highlight your ministries. We encourage you to snap a photo of meetings, activities in action, then forward the photos to Michele Ahearn at michele.ahearn@hotmail.com.
