Pastoral Care Ministries

Funeral Ministry Volunteers are needed to help with set up and cleanup of funeral liturgies.  Please contact Andrea Liggett, andrea@hfkparish.org.

Funeral Receptions are offered by the parish after funerals held at Holy Family.  Arrangements are made as part of the overall funeral planning process.  Volunteers are needed for staffing the reception, as well as for providing food items.  Time commitment varies based on size and type of reception. Communion to Hospitals, Nursing Homes and the Homebound is provided by our Eucharistic Ministers and our Pastoral Care Ministers.  The time commitment each week is 1-2 hours depending on assignment(s). For more information, contact the Parish Office, 425-822-0295.

Grief Ministry reaches out to parish families who have experienced the death of a loved one.  Ongoing grief ministry includes home visits when welcomed, support materials when requested and a Bereavement Support Group.  For more information, contact the Parish Office, 425-822-0295.
